The Saracens Head Hotel is a historic, family run hotel in the heart of Southwell, Nottinghamshire. As of April 2011, the hotel has undergone an extensive refurbishment that includes all public areas and bedrooms. The Elizabethan charm and unique character of the Saracens Head remain in abundance, whilst a new management team has been appointed to ensure that customer service remains of the highest standard.

The Saracen’s Head Hotel can accommodate Weddings and Parties for up to 120 Guests. Offering superb value and service, the Saracens has long been the wedding venue of choice for multiple generations of families. Our talented Wedding Planner and her experienced staff will do all they can to make your special day unforgettable.

Licensed for Civil Ceremonies, we have 2 function rooms and an oak panelled restaurant. Our award-winning Chef offers a variety of delicious menus along with drinks packages that can be tailored to meet each couple’s individual requirements.

With 27 en suite-bedrooms, the Saracens Head can also offer comfortable and convenient accommodation for you and your guests. Preferential bedroom rates are available for bookings of 10 bedrooms or more.
