With luxurious seating and beautiful views over the Cornish countryside Cornwall’s Lanhydrock Hotel cannot fail to impress.Upon arrival at the venue, you will receive a red carpet welcome through the main entrance, followed by your drinks reception. Our Reception is the perfect area for you and your guests to relax and enjoy a chilled glass of champagne on your wedding day, before being called through to dine in the ‘St Hydroc Suite’, which can seat up to 100 guests.

Our team of professional Chefs have designed a variety of different menus from which you can select your Wedding Breakfast and Evening Buffet.

We had our wedding reception here in the St Hydroc Suite and cannot rate them highly enough! The service was first rate, nothing was too much trouble. And the food was excellent! If you are planning an event in the area then look no further!

We would like to say a very big thank you to all the staff especially Matt, who made our wedding super special on the 8th October we were well looked after during the whole weekend.The food we had on the night before was fantastic they even catered for my gluten free allergy's really well even for breakfast the gluten free sausages were amazing.On the wedding day we had the best time ever everyone commented on how lovely the staff were and also some of the family are coming back to stay in the hotel for your new years eve party your holding,so I think that sums it up really.We would recommend anyone to stay here or hold their wedding here its a lovely place to get married in.

We had our wedding reception at lanhydrock hotel & golf club on the 4th November 2016, we booked the bistro room which is a smaller room downstairs near the main bar. We booked a vintage buffet for 50 guests. The staff are so helpful and friendly we couldn't of asked for better. Matthew is lovely and is happy to help with any odd request you may have. I requested a single prawn cocktail for my dad as a private joke. Of course this was no trouble. One of the guests had special dietary needs which was easily catered for and was no problem. The food was beautiful and there was more than enough. I liked the fact that the bistro room was on the ground floor which means taking photos between bad weather is quicker and easier. The bistro room also has its own toilets. Lanhydrock are happy to work with a couple sorting out what you want. I loved the red carpet and arrival drinks. We didn't want an evening party so that made the bistro room perfect for us. They do have a bigger room upstairs which would be great if you where having more people and an evening party. We had a lovely romantic meal in the bar just the two of us after our guests had gone home. We stayed in the suite upstairs and it was very nice with everything you could want. It has a balcony leading outside which was fantastic to watch the sun set and rise and it has a beautiful view over the golf course and out on to fields. The food in the bar was really good and we took a nice bottle of wine back to the room. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning it was cooked fresh and to order with great quality produce. We will be booking to stay on our one year anniversary.
