Grittleton House, is an exclusive, privately owned country house wedding venue, set within 35 acres of beautiful gardens and grounds, with a choice of stunning rooms to accommodate all wedding parties.

Situated within the Cotswolds, in the picturesque village of Grittleton, just a short distance from Bath and Bristol, and fabulous transport links to London and beyond.

Accessed via a private tree lined drive, it offers sweeping views over the grounds and house. The house itself is full of outstanding architecture and gothic features, with high decorative ceilings, beautiful working fireplaces and an elegance worthy of any Stately Home. The magnificence of the sweeping double stair case is a wonderful sight as you enter the main hall.

We offer a choice of unique ceremony rooms, within the main house and grounds. Choose from the richness and warmth of the central hall, with its stunning arched ceiling and balconies, or the light and airy tones of the yellow gallery. For something larger there is always the Victorian Orangery with stunning views of the terrace and formal gardens. In the glorious summer months enjoy an alfresco ceremony in the Sunken Italian Garden or the spectacular grounds.
