Armathwaite Hall and Spa

Weddings in the Lake District are a truly memorable affair at Armathwaite Hall Country House Hotel and Spa. We offer a wide range of restaurant arrangements catering for a formal banquet style wedding breakfast or a slightly less formal dressed buffet. Midday wedding breakfasts can be offered for up to 80 persons in our Lake View Restaurant – a magnificent oak panelled room with stunning views of Bassenthwaite Lake.

Numbers up to 150 guests can be catered for in our Broadwater Suite and these can be offered to weddings from midday through to late afternoon. The Broadwater Suite is an amazing destination for your wedding – fully air conditioned, floor to ceiling windows on two full lengths opening onto a patio overlooking the gardens.

In addition, The Lime Trees Suite, features a light and airy space with outdoor access to a large decked area overlooking the gardens.

Formal menus are varied and as all courses are individually priced you can choose your favourites. Dressed buffets are painstakingly prepared by our team of chefs with a wide selection of mouth watering dishes. To help assist the many choices of your special day we have also put together suggested drink packages which include a reception drink, half a bottle of wine per person and a glass of champagne for the Toast. (Non alcoholic drinks package available).
