Each of the hotels are former private residences and all have a Grade I, Grade II or Grade II* listing. These country houses, once local economic, political and social powerhouses, were built for pleasure and now offer the opportunity for our guests to experience the grandeur and indulgence of a country house visit. Each property has been sympathetically restored to ensure their architectural splendour and authenticity has been maintained while at the same time updating the facilities to ensure modern comfort and stylish interiors.

All hotels are located in private grounds and offer free off street parking. Most hotels are set in over 20 acres, with highlights including Buxted Park in East Sussex set in 312 acres of parkland, Norton House on the fringe of Edinburgh in 55 acres and L’Horizon being situated on the picturesque sandy beach of St. Brelade’s Bay.

Nine of our properties offer spas and health clubs. Our spas offer a variety of treatments and make the perfect venue for a pamper weekend or day spa visit. Facilities available include single and double treatment rooms, indoor pools, sauna and steam rooms, rasul mud chambers and fully equipped gyms.
