I capture photos that are packed with emotion - joyous tears, spontaneous laughter, the beaming smiles and the hugs that take your breath away!

Photography for me, has always been about passion and storytelling. I love weddings. I love everything about them. Before photographing any wedding, I enjoy getting to know my couples. After all, you can't tell a story if you don't know the characters. I love hearing about how a couple first met and knowing that on their wedding day, I will be the one lucky enough to capture their memories in photographs, telling the next chapter of their story.

I capture wedding photos that are packed with emotion, the joyous tears escaping the eyes of a loved one, the spontaneous eruption of laughter, the beaming smiles and the hugs that take your breath away. These fleeting moments are every much a vital part of your magical story, as the big moments.

Gemma was our knight in shining armour, quite literally! The photographer who we chose to shoot our wedding unfortunately had an accident prior to our wedding day and wasn’t going recover in time for our wedding. He had contacted me with a few weeks to go until the wedding to tell me and that he had found a replacement in the lovely Gemma! Gemma stepped in and called me that night, you can imagine how panicked I was! She immediately calmed me down and put my mind at ease. She arranged to visit us to show us samples of her work and go through the day with us and what photos we wanted. After meeting her, I knew that she was perfect for the job! On the day itself Gemma was a calming influence who always had a smile on her face, she really helped make the day enjoyable as we felt so relaxed in her presence whilst she was doing our main photos. The day after the wedding Gemma sent us a sneak peak of one of our photos and continued to do so until all the photos were ready which was a lovely touch and kept me going until I could see them all. We love all the photos and there are so many it’s hard to pick a favourite! We would highly recommend her. Gemma not only becomes your photographer for your wedding, she also becomes your friend.
