We take an elegant, subtle approach to your wedding day. Many wedding photographers feel the need to take charge of your day and direct your every move – we, however, think that by working quickly, intelligently and unobtrusively, we can create a stunning picture story which will let you relive your wedding for years to come. We call the approach documentary wedding photography and Steven was one of the very first in the world to practice it. Our approach evokes emotion that can sometimes be lost in posed, directed images.

We believe the most beautiful images are created by letting your day unfold naturally. We capture moments between couples, families and guests without interrupting them. Most of our time is actually spent watching, and waiting for the perfect moments to capture. When we put these moments together in one of our exquisite, hand made albums, the result is a touching retelling of your wedding story that we hope will evoke the emotions that you felt on the day.

Whilst the majority of the moments we capture will occur naturally, we will also take some portraits of both groups and couples to which we will add some subtle direction. We work to create flattering, unique portraits, which are works of art in their own right.
