Pam helped me out at very short notice, and I couldn't have been more pleased. The trial was great - she spent so long with me, planning everything to make it as easy as possible on the day. She was prompt and professional, and went through a selection of possible looks to help me decide. On the day itself, she was calm and reassuring. She did hair and makeup for both my mum and myself, and we both felt very pampered. The makeup and hair lasted all day, and we were both super pleased with her work. She is friendly and lovely, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Thanks, Pam!
