Liz Patey Hair and Makeup Artist

Liz is a professional hair and make-up artist with over ten years experience styling hundreds of brides and creating looks for all occasions.

Her passion for hair and make-up started at a young age, copying fashion styles she found in magazines. She started her training by mentoring with established hair and make-up artists, picking up those vital tips any artist needs to know. She then trained at brushstroke Shepperton Film Studios in all aspects of hair and makeup, from high fashion, beauty, editorial, wigs, TV, film, airbrushing, special effects and even prosthetics. Liz honed her skills by taking another course from Louise Constad Beauty Queen workshop & Toni & Guy academy London in advanced hair up and editorial.

Liz’s first job was for Channel 4, and then moved into music videos for artists such as Girls Aloud, The Sugababes and McFly, followed by editorial work for many high street fashion and wedding magazines.

Now running her own hair and make-up design service, Liz’s passion is helping women look and feel fantastic on their special day.
