Fleur Adamo

Kathrine trained at Askham Bryan College in York, going onto a career in gardening and design. This changed as her children James and Emily came along and Horticultural Therapy led onto a career as an Occupational Therapist. but the love of flowers and plants has led her to set up 'Fleur Adamo' "to fall in love with flowers".

Wedding Flowers have a long history going back to ancient Greek ceremonies where the garlands worn around the heads of the bride and groom were a celebration of nature. Today Kathrine believes, that flowers should capture moments and memories, combining individual loves of colour and fragrances, with seasonal flowers and foliage and in some cases family traditions to create beautiful and timeless wedding flowers.

Vintage weddings have become more popular with brides, adding that something different to that special day. Kathrine has many ideas, and experience to make your Wedding Day just that bit different.
