Norwegian Wood Florist

Norwegian Wood Florist was founded as a business in December 2000 and is a partnership owned by North West and British Young Florist Of The Year 2000, LINDA GLOVER and partner PAUL HARDAKER. Linda has been in floristry since 1994.

Beginning as a shop girl, and learning the trade at a rapid rate, Linda picked up numerous accolades, the most prestigeous being whilst representing England in European Competition in Jan 2001. Linda and partner Paul decided to set up business sometime in mid 2000, the wheels moved quickly and by the beginning of Dec 2000 Norwegian Wood Florist was open.

The aim was to build up a business welcoming all clientel, and catering for all needs. Both partners have come from artistic backgrounds and are always keen to introduce fresh ideas to the business. This may be new techniques, materials etc.

Although keen to introduce new ideas we at Norwegian Wood also understand that there is huge demand for traditional floristry. Therefore not only do we pride ourselves on the modern side of floral design we can also assure you that our more traditional work is to the highest standard.
