We are a small artisan chocolate-making business based in stevenage. Designer and chocolatier mick le mare, trained by top swiss and belgian chocolatiers, produces an original and unique range of fresh soft centred chocolates and individually structured designs, specialising in edible hi definition images printed directly onto chocolate which have delicious fresh ganache/caramel centres ranging from pistachio nuts with lime to strawberry and a balsamic caramel.

These edible graphic designs are printed onto a transfer sheet using edible inks developed for the cake industry and then skillfully transferred to chocolate. The spheres and hearts are airbrushed and constructed using both traditional and contemporary technics. Only the finest belgian chocolate is used on all products importing beans from plantations involved in responsible labour practices. His wife pat has recently joined the business, channeling her chocolate addiction into creative skills.
