Chair Covers And Bows

Chair Covers and Bows was established in 2009 by David & Liz Hembury following their own wedding in 2008.

They wanted to provide high quality affordable event d�cor for weddings and events in South Wales. Chair covers were an obvious choice. In the run up to their own wedding David, the “Bridezilla” of the pair, had despaired at the poor quality and badly fitting covers on offer in South Wales and the limited sash colours available.

Months were spent sourcing high quality stock. David favoured a fitted chair cover because of its ability to fit banqueting chairs and hide unsightly chair legs. Cheap, often see through, lycra covers were rejected and a high quality spandex mix chosen instead. Sashes in numerous organza colours were sourced as well as taffeta and satin alternates.

Fast forward four years, with an average of 500 weddings per year, David prides himself on supplying perfectly covering chair covers with perfectly formed bows the standard of which is unrivalled in South Wales.

The Company has recently started supplying a fuller event package including LED dance floors, fairy light backdrops, star lit backdrops and mood lighting, perfect for weddings, parties or larger corporate events.

In 2012, they were thrilled to be awarded the National award for Best Venue Dresser in Wales at the Welsh National Wedding Awards 2012.
