Nixon’s is a specialist wedding car company. We are based in Mid/North Essex providing Vintage & Classic Chauffeur driven wedding cars in a traditional manner.

Chauffeuring began in the Nixon family in 1934 when Thomas Nixon Chauffeured a Rolls-Royce very similar to one we use today.

Church weddings are obviously an institution in Great Britain and Nixon’s Chauffeur to Church of England, Roman Catholic, Methodist, Baptist and any other denomination that is required.

We do aim to ‘get to the Church on time’ as you might expect and feel a sense of satisfaction in doing so.

The reasons for choosing a particular Church for a wedding ceremony seem to be many fold. Maybe it’s a familiarity with the Church a faith held or even the aesthetics of the building.

It has become increasingly accepted in recent years to have a civil ceremony these generally take place at a registry office or at an approved premises.

Nixon’s regularly chauffeur to and from Civil Ceremonies and have a knowledge of all locations in our area.
