Brought up in the stunning Brecon Beacons, Jacqui has always had a passion for baking. Inspired to follow in her grandfathers foot steps as a Master Baker, Jacqui's vision was to turn her love of home baking into her profession. Having studied at Carmarthen College, gaining qualifications in Cake decoration and sugar craft flowers, she enjoys creating beautiful bespoke cakes for her clients.

Jacqui has had the opportunity to work with some of the UK's leading cake designers, before setting up her own cake decorating business, feeding her enthusiasm towards her own unique designs.
