Relax in the lovely surroundings of the Lincolnshire Wolds with a cup of tea and samples of Carol's delicious cakes, ranging from Victoria Sponge with home made jam and butter cream, lemon with home made lemon curd, or orange and poppy seed, to rich fruit cake with brandy which has had several months maturing to a moist rich delight.As well as this there is the luxury range of cup cakes including sticky toffee pudding, white chocolate almond and raspberry, Limoncello and Black Forrest cherry gateaux. Gluten free, dairy free and reduced sugar versions of most the above are available too.
