There are so many elements involved in creating a beautiful cake and I love them all, but the best are the many heartfelt thank you cards I receive from customers each year and when the first reaction is ‘wow’ when they visit my little home cake studio. A bride once texted me from the reception to say she had just seen the cake and was ‘blown away’. I also love meeting at working alongside so many talented professionals in the wedding industry.
