OVERVIEW

I offer a personal and friendly service with all my cakes, which are all freshly made to order for that special occasion.

N & N Cake Design is based in the thriving cornish fishing village of Porthleven, Cornwall and is run by myself Nicky Strike. I have been making and baking cakes for many many years and professionally for the last 10 years. I am very passionate about producing the finest possible products, as I love eating cake myself!

After many hours and dedication at college I completed my ABC Level 1 in Cake Decoration and ABC Level 1 in Wired Sugar Flowers obtaining a distinction in both. In November 2011 I had the pleasure of completing a 2 day Callebaut Cacoa Barry Chocolate Course with Master Chocolatier Mark Tiling and in April 2013 I completed a one day Mini Showpiece Course at Paignton College with Mark Tiling.
