Hello my name is Hilary Varley and I have been designing cakes for over 30 years. I pride myself on the quality of my wedding cakes and the extremely high standard of the service I provide.

I attended Norwich City College for four years qualifying in City and Guilds and also Advanced City and Guilds, this encompassed all manner of Sugar craft including chocolate and boiled sugar work.

The designs are created with the utmost attention to detail and using only the finest ingredients, with your vision and my experience I can create your dream cake.

I can also match your bridal bouquet and complement the colour scheme of your Wedding. A personal touch to the cake can be added by using details from the wedding dress, invitations or jewellery. Choose from my traditional, Modern or Individual wedding cake ranges, all available in rich fruit, sponge, carrot, or lemon cake or try a combination of all. Gluten free and diabetic wedding cake ranges are also available.
