Based near Lutterworth and delivering throughout Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, Bay Tree Wedding Cakes was founded to provide a wide range of cakes and designs for any type of wedding celebration: from the small and simple to larger more elaborate affairs. We love variety and are happy to make cakes in any style: whether you want a traditional iced cake, cupcakes, a character cake or a dessert or patisserie centrepiece.

What never changes, is our desire to provide delicious cakes, made by traditional recipes, from carefully selected fresh ingredients – you won’t find additives and preservatives…. Just proper cake! Our lemon cake has the rind and juice of real lemons, our apple and cinnamon cake is made with fresh apples.

We are happy to meet with you to design the cake of your dreams, but if you are seeking a simpler cake, we are just as committed to making our online collection the best it can be.
