I can match any element from your wedding colour scheme or complement your theme by using details from the wedding dress, invitations or jewellery. From classic to contemporary style cakes, they are all available in a variety of flavours using only the finest ingredients.

Mini cakes and cupcakes can be created with beautiful flower decorations, butterflies, hearts - anything you have in mind and in any colour scheme. A small cutting cake as the top tier allows you to cut your wedding cake and the individual cakes can be easily handed out to your guests or packaged in favour boxes for them to take home.

My butter-based fruit cakes with brandy soaked fruit, are made three months in advance to allow the cake to mature. It is then covered with the best marzipan and then coated in Fondant Regalice for a beautiful smooth finish.
