I am an experienced cake decorator and have been cake decorating for over 10 years. I studied at Birmingham College of Food for three years gaining NCFE levels 1,2 and 3 in Cake decorating.

I have won many awards for my designs including Salon Culinaire Silver and Bronze medals.
I take great pride in my work and I love to take on new and interesting ideas for cakes.
