Pink Elephant Cake

At Pink Elephant we pride ourselves on baking premium quality wedding and celebration cakes, cookies and other sweet treats, handmade in our kitchen in rural Cornwall using the finest ingredients. Our aim is to make your cake both beautiful to look at and to taste delicious, whether for a wedding or civil ceremony, a Christening or naming day, or for another special occasion. Whether your order is for 12 cupcakes or for a 6 tier stacked cake, you receive our personal attention to ensure that the cake you dream of becomes a reality.

We take great care in ensuring that the ingredients are locally sourced wherever possible – these will include Cornish free range eggs, butter and milk and home made jams, preserves and curds. Where we source ingredients from further afield, we endeavour to choose the best quality available, such as Madagascan vanilla extract, top quality milled flour and fair trade spices and chocolate for example.

The Pink Elephant Cake Company can also provide cakes and desserts for farm shops, delicatessans and b & bs and regularly supplies holiday cottage owners with welcome gifts and baskets for their guests on changeover days.
