Lizzie Melling, the owner of Chocolate Delores cakes, first started baking cakes at the tender age of 10. As the eldest of four daughters, her mother encouraged her to bake every weekend.

And so the seed was sown.

Lizzie began working for one of Britain’s leading Organic chocolate cake makers over 15 years ago where she trained in couverture and learnt the art of the Chocolatier. After 12 years there Lizzie started Chocolate Delores Cakes in 2010 and is loving every minute of it.

We take great pride in making and delivering fabulous cakes – and having very happy customers.
