Victoria's Sponge

Based in Birmingham, Heart of the West Midlands. Victoria's Sponge creates beautiful, bespoke wedding and celebration cakes for every occasion.

Victoria has always had a keen eye for design, colour and proportion plus an awareness of current styles and trends.

After making several celebration cakes for family and friends, Victoria found her creative flair continued in the kitchen!

Victoria decided to pursue her baking (and icing!) dreams and attended several cake decoration courses to perfect her craft in creating beautiful, contemporary cakes. From here "Victoria's Sponge" was born.

Victoria prides herself in creating beautiful, bespoke cakes, closely designed with you, to make your cake dreams a reality.

Victoria's Sponge also produces extra goodies which will bring to life your celebration, from coordinating cake pop bouquets, cookie favours and towers of creamy cupcakes.

Each cake can be personalised in taste, from a traditional vanilla sponge with sumptious strawberry jam and buttercream filling, to a zingy lemon drizzle or a devilish death by chocolate with chocolate fudge oozing out, whatever gets your tastebuds tingling!
