OVERVIEW

My humanism is about head and heart and so the ceremonies I lead celebrate life and love.

I was once described as the atheist ‘Vicar of Dibley’ and, while I am not as voluptuous as Dawn French, I am someone who enjoys life enormously. My humanist celebrancy work is central to that. I believe in truth, freedom, honesty, generosity and human connectedness. My humanism is about head and heart and so the ceremonies I lead celebrate life and love. A life that has been, a life that has just begun, a commitment to a life together. And I will work with you to make your ceremony everything you want it to be; unique, genuine and entirely right.

I am also one of the British Humanist Association’s trainers, passing on the skills and knowledge gained from my experience. And I am the humanist chaplain for the North London Hospice and have been called to lead many different humanist ceremonies, including Remembrance Day for the London Borough of Ealing, Mother’s Day for Mortlake Crematorium, memorial ceremonies for SANDS (the Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society) and Light Up A Life for the North London Hospice.
