Ottavio Nuccio, the man behind Ottavio Nuccio Gala, was born in a small village in Lecce in Southern Italy. The story goes back to 1980 when Ottavio Nuccio observed that there were not enough unique styles of waistcoat for men. It was then that he introduced bespoke waistcoats, cravets and ties under the name Ottavio Nuccio Gala. When customers demanded more from the bespoke collection, ONGala introduced five styles in collection of Male Suits, with each collection style lending its own meaning and feel to the brand.
