Congrats to uber fun and gorgeous Modern Family actress Sofia Vergara who not only celebrates her 40th birthday today, but also her engagement to on-again, off-again love Nick Loeb. The couple have been dating for two years after meeting at the Golden Globes and, it seems, he popped the question during her 40th birthday celebrations in Mexico.
