Video: 100 years of engagement rings

The folk at news aggregation website Mode have come up with yet another engrossing video in their wildly popular ‘100 years of…’ series and, this time, they tackle one of our favourite subjects: engagement rings.

In the 2:44-minute video, they take us on a journey through 100 years of engagement rings, starting with the humble and very classic solitaire diamond rings that were tres chic in the early 1900s through to the whopping great halo mounted rings with coloured diamonds which are currently in vogue.
