I’m not sure when 305 turned into 67 but seeing the notification in my EW Planning tools was enough to make me dizzy!
We are almost down to the home stretch and I have been productive!
I have finally found a cake maker – the very talented Emily – who happens to work at EW as well – I am keeping it in the family! Here is my updated cake inspiration – it will be a chocolate mud cake with red fondant icing over a layer of chocolate buttercream. I still have to find some pretty black ribbon for the decoration.
I have finished 2.5 out of my 4 DIY projects – my cake toppers, wishing well and my invites are 50% complete. I have to finish my bouquet – which is another post altogether!
We finalised the wedding reception menu and timings for the day with our amazingly wonderful Reception Coordinator Stephanie from Elmswood Estate.
I had to get new shoes – after a bit of a debacle with the other ones – so they aren’t going to be Karishma-fied but are still fabulous!
My gorgeous mother has organised the henna night and my Indian outfit for the reception – which has changed!
This is my new outfit and the necklace to go with it.
We are meeting with our celebrant – the wickedly charming David from Professional Ceremonies – since he is the most important person at this wedding – aside from me of course! (Craig you can stop laughing now) So we can finalise the vows for the ceremony and to lodge the paperwork.
Other than that I just need to order the suits for the boys, the BM dresses, my dress and we are cruising! Ok that list looks a bit longer when I write it down!
It’s getting really close now and I feel like I’m not going to get everything done in time, time will tell!
