Yes, Ditch Green is my name and not a random comment on colour correction. Thanks for taking the time to visit my website and see what I do. I hope you enjoy my images.

Many years ago I was studying philosophy, but found I spent all my time in photography exhibitions and galleries. That was a sign I needed to make a change. I switched to studying photography and have never looked back.

I embarked on four years of photography training and three years with a Vogue Paris fashion photographer, receiving a Distinction in Art and Design and a Photography BA Hons from UCA.

I have now been shooting weddings for ten years. It is my full-time occupation. I am based in Kent, UK, but will happily travel to weddings anywhere in Europe. My work has featured in many exhibitions, magazines and books published in over a dozen different countries.

Every image on this website was shot and edited by me and is of a real wedding couple. I do not use models, stock images or send out other photographers in place of myself.

The reason I love shooting weddings is simple: They are real. Real people. Real stories. With fashion an image means very little and may be on a cover one day and in a bin the next. Wedding photographs will be treasured for decades and hopefully generations.
