Solway Music has a variety of bands available capable of playing a wide cross section of music which include -

Swingthing - a jazz / swing / function band specialising in weddings. This is a versatile group of musicians that can easily provide music for your wedding that will cater for a wide spectrum of tastes in music from jazz to swing through to pop. A feature of this band is the fabulous voice of Ronnie Walker which enables the band to visit the days of swing music and the infamous “rat pack.” They have performed not only in Cumbria and the Lake District but in venues throughout the UK.

3jazz - a quality jazz trio is available for your wedding reception, function or special event. The band has performed not only in Cumbria and the Lake District, but also in venues throughout the north of England and is a group of exceptional performers. This trio has a wide repertoire of jazz and swing standards ranging from the 1940’s until the present day.

Brian Melville is a solo pianist of considerable experience.He can create just the right ambience for your drinks reception or photo shoot and has performed in bands and combos throughout the UK and in Europe.
