I just wanted to say thank you so much for the beautiful cake you made. I only gave you a short space of time to make it for me but you rose to the challenge magnificently. All the guests were very impressed by the look of the cake and all said how moist and delicious the fruit cake was, in fact my husband said it was the best fruit cake he'd ever tasted, huge praise indeed from him! Seriously, thank you so much for all you did to make it a really special, enjoyable day for us all.
